Thunderbolt Kenpo is here to serve the Flagstaff area by providing a positive environment enhancing both mental and physical conditioning while instilling a strong moral code through an intense and exciting self defense system!  Here at Thunderbolt Kenpo we stress not only self defense in a reality street survival system but also self control, self discipline and self confidence.  Get prepared mentally, physically and spiritually for all life has to throw at you!

Class schedule

Pre-developement "Lil Dragons" for kids ( ages 5-7 )
Youth self defense "Scorpions" class ( ages 8-12 )
Teen reality based self defense ( ages 13-16 )
Real world self defense for adults ( ages 17 & up )

  These classes are scheduled for Mondays and Wednesdays or Tuesdays and Thursdays to help fit the needs of the students.  Fridays are reserved for make up classes for students who have missed a class and also for the black belt club members. 

We also offer

Meditation and spiritual calmness classes ( ages 12 & up )  on Saturday mornings.
   
  The rest of Saturday is open house for students to come in and work on areas they wish to.  Thunderbolt Kenpo staff will be on location to assist students as needed.
